We want to ensure you are as happy as can be with your new wallpaper, once your order has gone through to our designers we will share a proof to your supplied email address for you to review. We do this completely free of charge due to the sizes we offer as some images may be cropped and look slightly different to the example shown.
We will send you a proof of your order cropped to size within 1-2 working days. Once approved we will print the order and delivery will be 3-5 days from approval.

We are so confident in our paper and the price we offer that we don't use budget paper, instead we have hand picked two options which are both premium quality products that offer excellent durability and finish, and there is no difference to the price no matter what option you choose. Premium Smooth Wallpaper
Our premium smooth wallpaper has a soft, smooth surface with a delicate semi-matt non-reflective finish. It is this finish that provides exceptional image reproduction and line definition perfect for high-impact, sophisticated graphics and photography that will make an impressive statement on any wall. All smooth wallpaper is supplied in 60cm wide strips with selected height.
Premium Textured Wallpaper
There are times where a no-join, one-piece wallcovering is the best solution – and our Premium textured wallpaper is the perfect solution for these projects. Our premium wallpaper has a stylish vertical texture with a subtle light-reflective strand running throughout. Made from a cast of folded fabric, this finish creates a striking and unique impression when used in conjunction with large scale colourful designs. Please note one piece murals only come in premium textured wallpaper.
Wallpaper Rolls
Our rolls are printed in standard 60cm wide. The wallpaper is edge to edge with no overlap.
Textured One Size WallpaperAll measurements are in width by height (w x h). Our single size wallpaper option comes in one piece at the chosen size with 6cm extra to account for any imperfections in the wall size. Please check this is adequate before ordering. We would recommend experienced fitters or 2 persons to fit a single piece wallpaper mural.

So you have placed your order, received your proof and fallen in love with your new contemporary wallpaper, you now want it quick and we will get it to you quick! We produce everything ourselves in our purpose built manufacturing hub and so can guarantee we will dispatch your new wallpaper within 3-5 days of proof sign off.
Returns
We work hard to provide our customer with the highest possible quality and service but in the unlikely event you receive a product that is either incorrect or damaged, you can return your item within 14 days and we will replace your product. If the product is damaged upon receipt from the courier the product must be signed for as damaged and we are to be made aware within 24 hours of the delivery time, we will then require the product shipping back to us to carry out our checks. Failure to comply will result in the exchange being void. You must arrange shipping for the return of the product and upon inspection we will refund you £9.50 in delivery charges.
We also accept no responsibility for incorrectly measured walls, defective installation or consequential damage or loss.
Custom-fit murals
Our sizes on offer have been carefully calculated to ensure theres always an option for you but if you require a custom-fit or personalised design we wouldn't be unable to offer a no questions asked return and refund unfortunately as this product has been made for you and offers no recycling value thereafter.

Logistics
We are not liable for any delays caused by the logistics company. We are working with our delivery partners to ensure all products are delivered in a prompt manner but there may be exceptions that are out of our control.
